If option 2 is selected, it asks owner to report the energy and water consumption data via Energy Star's Portfolio manager's "Import Facility Data Templates." However, this form states "You must enter data for at least 10 new Facilities to be eligible to use this Data Import Template." I am confused how to use this option and the template to comply.
1. How can the owner use this template if he only has 1 facility to report?
2. It sounds like the owner has to set up Portfolio Manager account regardless the choice of options. Is this correct interpretation or am I missing something?
3. Is there any resource I can look up to understand better on MPR #6?
