Hi ALL,
According to EQc4 requirements, all shared multi-occupant spaces have to meet "Have in place multizone control systems that enable occupants to adjust the lighting to meet group needs and preferences, with at least three lighting levels or scenes (on, off, midlevel)."
I would like to confirm that if a space with two multizone control systems, and it means this space can turn on two systems, turn on only one system, and turn off two systems. Is that could be considered three light levels? Or all fixtures need to have independent three lighting levels.

If the systems control intermixed lighting fixtures in the same space/zone, then turning off half the lights could be considered a 'midlevel' setting for the space. The interpretation would depend on whether this is the design intent, and the space is functional at this midlevel setting.
