We have a case where an open parking garage is located on the ground floor (under the building). Apparently, no exchaust system can be applied in this case.
However, I'm wondering how to prove that occupied spaces are protected from pollutants from that open parking. Would it be enough to claim that the distance from parking to the nearest operable window is long enough to protect building occupants? What that minimum distance would be? E.g., in BREEAM it is 20 meters.
