Only one vaccume cleaner

My question is related to the phase-out plan.

We have only one leased vaccume cleaner in our project. This vaccume cleaner does not comply with the decibel requirements, and no local alternatives too, so my questions is: can we still comply by having a phase-out plan, knowing that this one vaccume cleaner is considered as 100% of our janitorial equipment?

Hi Omar - unfortunately the 40% threshold has to be reached in order to earn this credit. A phase out plan can be created for non-compliant equipment with useful life remaining, but applies to any non-compliant items in excess of the 40% that comply.
