We're at a loss as to what documentation (if any) is required for this credit for a recertification effort, given differences in information between the Recertification guide and the v06 forms.
The Recertification guide (specifically the "Credit Compliance Guidance" section) says an IAQ audit is required at least once every 5 years, as does the Birds Eye section above. However, the v06 form says that no additional documentation is required for a recertification.
I've noticed this for a few different credits and finally decided to ask instead of beating my head against the wall. Any ideas? Would we just upload the original documentation from the initial certification?
Thanks in advance!
*It's also worth noting that there is no supplemental documentation for ongoing IAQ testing in the Credit Library*

Hi GHT Green Team,
Good question! The recertification requirements can get a bit confusing. However, the guidance provided in the Recertification Guide is the guidance your team should follow for the recertification. Meaning, if the building has not performed an IAQ audit within the last 5 years, you are required to do so to earn this credit in the recertification. You will not need to re-provide the IAQ policies developed in the initial certification that are required for this credit (that is assuming they were submitted and approved in the initial certification). Accordingly, if your building is re-certifying with less than 5 years since the initial certification, you can submit the same documentation as the initial certification as you only need to perform an audit every 5 years.
I hope that helps!

Thanks Kimberly!
So, in terms of the actual documentation required, if it has been more than 5 years since the last IAQ audit, would our team upload the results of another IAQ audit? And if so, where would it be uploaded, seeing as the v06 form doesn't technically provide a space for it?
Thanks again!

Hi GHT Green Team,
Yes, you will need to upload the results of a new audit. I would recommend using the "Special Circumstances" box within the credit form to upload the documentation required.
