I was hoping someone would be willing to share, or guide me to a good template for an owner/occupant training manual as required for LEED V4 Homes. I want to get a good idea of the structure, inclusions, etc. Thank You

Phil, Green Builder Magazine publishes one every year. Here's a link: http://www.greenbuildermedia.com/magazine-home-page. The HO manual link is on the right-hand side of the page; you'll need to give them some info to get the download. USGBC also used to provide a template, though I'm not sure if it's available from them any more. I have a copy, though!
