Occupancy sensors: No override switch but with task lighting

Hi, There are several spaces in a project I'm working on that have been designed with an occupancy sensor without an override switch but each individual work station does have controllable (on/off) task lighting. The project is a data center with an attached office building. From reading this forum I realise that occupancy sensors without an override switch alone are not acceptable but is it acceptable if the workstations each have task lighting?

Andre, yes that would be acceptable.
