I have a very large Core & Shell office building that is over 300,000 square feet. Our project falls under Case 2, where we can use a smaller percent to calculate the number of bike racks for space over 300,000 square feet. Does or can this also apply to showers? Using the normal calculation for 0.5% of FTE, we get 22 showers. This seems excessive. Has anyone had success in using less? The project is using the default Core & Shell occupancy for an office space. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

I've never heard of any exception to the 0.5% of FTE....your project has an FTE of 4400?....that is a large project.
