Hi all, 

We are working on a project through a Campus approach. When doing the calculations for short and long term bike parking, there are expected to be 37 FTE combined over all 6 buildings in the project. When doing the calculations, 37x5% gives 2 spaces, but then the requirement "minimum 4 spaces for buildings" shoots the required spaces for long term bike parking up to 24 spaces. This seems like an excessive amount of parking to offer for the project. Is there any way to argue given the low occupancy, that we could reduce the number? Could we install 4 long term storage spaces on the site that is within 100 feet of all enterances? Maybe upgrade to 4.1 so that it is within 300 feet of enterances?
