We have submitted this pilot credit for review, we included documentation for 7 of the 11 features listed in the credit description that qualify as satisfying the credit. Our reviewers have asked for documentation demonstration the other 4 features from the list. Are our reviewers just unfamiliar with the fact that only 7 features are required? If so, how can I address this with them directly? I would hate to push back during final design review, only to find out that something has changed unbeknownst to my team.

Hi Crista,
To the best of my knowledge the number of required features has not changes, so in addition to meeting the one requirement ("Buildings must have at least one main stair that enables occupants to travel between the building entrance floor(s), occupant’s own destination floor and common use floors. Access to floors may be restricted by use of security devices, such as card keys, codes or other access devices."), 7 of the 11 listed features need to be included.
Since this is a relatively new Pilot Credit, I think it's possible that your reviewers might not be familiar with these details. I suggest you direct them to the pilot credit language (see link above).

I've had this credit awarded based on 7 of the 11 features being demonstrated. Crista, how did your review turn out?

Thanks for the feedback, Steve. We did push back via an email submission through the help link at GBCI and the reviewer recognized their mistake and changed the status of the credit to anticipated.
