My Client is renovationg a few floors of his office. The renovated floors would only contain canteen, gym and conference rooms without any permanent work stations. Is it possible to certify this space under LEED CI since there will be no permanent workstations for FTE. People from other unrenovated parts of the office will go there to eat, workout and to take part in conferences.
