New Performance Periods Table upload

USGBC has been releasing new versions of the v2009 credit forms that are more streamlined, and one notable change is that they no longer include fields to identify the performance period. USGBC has created a Performance Periods Table that teams should complete and upload to PIf4 whenever a project has these new forms. The table can be downloaded from: http://www.usgbc.org/resources/performance-periods-table-v2009. This upload should make it really easy to stay on top of performance period start and end dates across an application. It might even help teams stay organized on v2009 projects that still have the old forms.
