V4.1. We are building an outpatient medical clinic for the VA under the New Construction credit.  I want to apply for an innovation credit using the Healthcare Place of Respite.  Does the term "not addressed in the LEED Green Building Rating system" Under option 1 of innovation mean it will not qualify?

I see it as healthcare is not the same rating system of the project.
