I'm working on a LEEDv2009 HC project, but figured I would post here as the question pertains to v4 as well. I am wondering whether you have to choose one option and must meet the 30%/40% threshold with that singular option, or can you combine compliant furniture in all three options to meet those thresholds?
I'm also curious about the supporting documentation required. I'm not seeing a line in the LEEDonline form asking for any, but have heard 20%. Does anyone know for certain what the requirement is for supporting documentation?
