Can anyone say with certainty that projects seek LEED v2009 MR credits must include the costs for Div. 31 6000 – Foundations; 32 1000 – Paving; 32 3000 – Site Improvements, and 32 9000 – Plantings in the Actual Materials Cost Calculation for MRc4, 5 & 6, but cannot count the regionality or recycled content of those building materials or products associated with these sections?

According to the MR Calculator for LEED v2009 New Construction https://www.usgbc.org/resources/materials-and-resources-calculator-v2009 actual cost/default cost includes hard cost for CSI MasterFormat 2004 Divisions 3-10, 31.60.00, 32.10.00, 32.30.00, and 32.90.00. The project team should include applicable MR credit contributions from building materials and products within these divisions in the calculator including regional and recycled content.

Thank you Summer. There was some confusion coming from Table 1 found in the MR family of credits summary and calculation examples found with the MRc4 and MRc5 credit sections. Thank you for your advice!
