Can the monoculture planting contribute to the credit requirement if they meet the definition of native or adapted in v4? For example, monoculture shrubs (not turf) in one part of site vegetations are the eligible vegetation areas.

Hi Simon, yes, v4 does allow for some amount of native/adapted monoculture plantings. The intent of the credit is to promote biodiversity and provide wildlife with habitat space. So as long as your site overall achieves this, you should be able to count some native/adapted monoculture planting area as compliant.
