NC-v4.1 EQc2:Low-Emitting Materials

the missing standards / regulations of VOC content

Since LEED v4.1 (after 2020) has deleted the European Decopaint Directive and the Hong Kong Air pollution control Regulation from the regulation list of VOC content (Paints and coatings), Could the testing report of the painting product which use a one of these be submitted ?

(Projects outside of the U.S.)
