We are working on certifying a building (EBOM 2009) and we want to use the Minimum Indoor Air Quality Performance Calculator https://www.usgbc.org/resources/minimum-indoor-air-quality-performance-calculator .
1) I'm not sure how to include the critical zones. We plan to physically measure outdoor air flow at the system level but if we add a line for the critical zone, the calculator asks us to fill the excel cell "zone outdoor airflow provided for this critical zone, and we can't do that
2) We plan to complete the calculator for a min scenario (0 occupant) and a max scenario (max occupancy). At the time of measurement to verify the OA flow is adequate, what do we need to measure? If we measure the OA airflow with the damper set for the min occupancy and for the max occupancy, is that enough for LEED?
