We are in the process of certifying a LEED EBOM project. We have an inquiry for the required 12 months of continuous energy data.
The electricity meter installed takes data from two buildings (one which will not be certified). During six months through a FLUKE Power Logger we were able to determine the energy consumption for the building undergoing the certification by recording data during one full week for each month.
Is it possible to consider these 6 months as part of the 12 month performance period, for both the prerequisite and credit considering that a permanent energy meter has been installed for each building now?

The approach that you describe doesn't seem like it would work because only one weeks worth of electricity consumption was metered during each of the 6 months prior to installing the permanent meter. Generally, the performance period year cannot include any estimated energy consumption.
