my project consits of 7 Buildings, whiche are certified under one Mastersite.
Because of this i have serveral questions:
Some of the buildings are greater then 300000 sf other aren´t. Do i calculate them seperatly or do i have to calculate the howl master site as one building.
One of the construction sites is far greater then 300000 sf but it consits of 3 different buildings that are linked together. Do i have to caclulate them seperatly or together? they also have different usages ( hotel, office space, retail)
For the hotel part i think its not reasonable to calculate with all transients because most people won´t take bicycles with them / use the bicyle lending service of the hotel. Can i calculate the need bike storage with a smaller number of tansients?
