I apologize for not being clear. No, I am not talking about construction trailer. It is a small office, and the building method is similar to manufactured/modular type. I was wondering if the word 'modular' or 'manufactured' are the key word, but per your comment, I understand that the I need to follow 90.1, since it's not low-rise redidential. Thank you very much.
