Hi, I know that Appendix G states that if the envelope of a building is renovated, then the existing envelope construction is used for the baseline. Does this also hold true if the compliance and energy simulation are being documented through Title 24? I have searched through the Title 24 documents but am not seeing anything that clearly defines the answer. Thanks.
