My project is located in an industrial zone, entitled as Urban Area with Priority Densification.
As it is very clear if we look at the map, it is a light industrial zone, with lots of untouched green areas, residential areas and has a shopping mall next to it.
If one judges by what it is there now, one can say that the area is considered LZ2, and it will take many years to be completely developed. However, in the local regulations says that it is an industrial area. Can we still consider that it is LZ2 or have to consider LZ3?
