CI-v4 LTc1:LEED for neighborhood development location

LTc1. possible 18 points

I do understand the logic behind giving a possible 18 points when locating in a LEED ND project. However, international projects, i.e. Greece where I live has no certified LEED ND project, lose from the start 18 points out of the 110. Is there going to be an ACP for Europe regarding this credit?

You are not necessarily losing these points right from the start. You still have the ability to persue other LT points. Every credit is not suited for every project.

Michael you are absolutely right. I begun reading the ref.guide after typing the comment... which isn't the wisest thing. You can still pursue 18 max.other LT points.
