There is an updated 2017 list on the Green Car website (http://www.greenercars.org/news/list-leed-qualified-cars). It may be important to note that it auto-opens to the LEED v4 Tab (which requires a score above 45). There is a LEED v2009 Tab, however, that includes all vehicles that scored above 40. It may just be that you are looking at the wrong tab in the excel file.

The LEED v4 tab requires a score above 45, while the LEED v2009 tab includes all vehicles that scored above 40.
