Hello
We have a space with different uses within it, we have an open office area, a main corridor, a reception and a waiting area. The main corridor and open office don’t have a physical partition, while the reception and waiting room have a mid-height wall as partition with other spaces. Since the enclosed space has different subspaces that are not separated by ceiling-heights partitions, do we have to include at the space the control devices defined in ASHRAE 90.1-2010?
Thank you for your help

Yes. A space is not exempted because it is made up of sub-spaces.
