To comply with the requirement of this prerequisite, data verification checklist and SEP should be submitted. The last part of the documents are "Signature and Stamp of Verifying Licensed Professional", but it seems the "Licensed Professional"can only be found in USA. Our project is in China and does not apply a Energy Star (just get the rating number in portfolio manager). Is it a must to have the "Licensed Professional" signed on the "data verification checklist" and "SEP"?
