Are the areas requested GSF or NSF?
Is it all regular and nonregular occupied areas?

I basically have the same question. Is the floor plate area calculated by floor or across all floors combined (aggregated sum)?

If you try to complete the Quality Views HC section of the Quality Views calculator it asks you to calculate each floor separately.

I agree that the requirement is not clear...
In the USGBC LEED credit library, under the Further explanation tab for this credit (Guide>futher explanation), it says :
"Highlight the perimeter area on the floor plan or furniture plan and list all regularly occupied spaces within the highlighted area and their respective floor areas".
Because of that, I concluded that it is only the regularly occipied spaces.
