NC-v4 EAc2:Optimize energy performance

LEED v4 projects that demonstrate compliance using ASHRAE 90.1-2013

Is there a different Table 1: ASHRAE 90.1-2013 Appendix G percentage Improvement that we can use for those projects under LEED v4 but using ASHRAE 90.1-2013?

Here is a pilot credit that can be used - https://www.usgbc.org/credits/new-construction-core-and-shell-schools-new-construction-retail-new-construction-healthc-110 I am not aware that a simple table was created for 2013 in LEED v4 like one was created for 2010 projects in LEED v2009.
