Has there been any previous experience submitting a LEED CS project under v3 with an empty warehouse design, not outfitted with an office and/or restroom to accommodate a FTE?
The purpose of LEED CS is to build a space that is yet to be occupied; however, I cannot find precedence regarding a warehouse project that complies with the minimum occupancy MPR . Does anyone have direct guidance on a narrative to explain the future build-out of a LEED CS warehouse to ensure MPR compliance?

Nena - We were able to use the "default" occupancy counts within the Appendix of the BD+C reference guide that are separated by space type.
