Has anyone had any luck on writing their LEED Specification in which the general contractor or construction manager is actually responsible for filling out the LEED Online credits?

Our office uses MasterSpec to assist in writing our specs and they are very vague when it comes to this topic. It basically only holds the GC or CM responsible for responding to questions the architect has in regards to any LEED credits, and submittal information. I was hoping to be able to take it a step further and actually put the responsibility on the contractor to fill the forms out online. We, the architect, would still be responsible for submitting the credits to USGBC and verifying the information the contractor is submitting is correct.

We've had a contractor do that before and the process went a lot smoother! However we did not have it written in the specifications that they were responsible for this, we just got lucky.

Was hoping to find a sample specification here on LEEDuser, had no such luck.
