I have a project that was certified under LEED v2009 in 2015. In 2020, is LEED v4.1 the only available pathway for recertification or can we pursue LEED v4?

If we choose to use LEED v4 for recertification. Does the project automatically earn 10 points? Also, are the prerequisites automatically earned or do they have to be achieved again?
