Hi, We have a 16 story building which is going under major renovation. The new Owner wants to get the building certified as C&s. The issue is that the ground floor will be shared with a Hotel. None system will be shared by the two Owners, nor HVAC, electrical, lighting or other. How can we define the project baundary in this case? Thank you,
