Good morning everyone. 

Has anyone had experience pursuing a LEED Neighborhood Development v4 certification for the first phase of a project and then expanding the Neighborhood Development area for subsequent phases as design/construction of those phases begins.  So far I've not been able to confirm if this is possible.  This project is quite large and the first phase is through design and will be starting construction soon, while the other phases are only in conceptual phase. If possible, we don't want to have to wait till all phases are through design.  

If you were able to pursue LEED ND certification path in this way, what was the review process and fee structure like?

Any guidance on this you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
