I am having significant problems with the LEED LCA score calculator. I am doing 6 buildings of 1-4 stories, and they are all getting similar scores, in the 134-147 point range. The stated possible range of scores is 0-100. I tried doing an alternate scenario for one of the buildings where it was made of wood instead of steel, and the score barely changed (136 vs 134).
I also noticed that the output from Eco Calculator for total energy is in MJ, whereas the specified input for the point calculator is in MJ/sf. However, this discrepancy would seem to have the effect of inflating the total energy used and thus lowering the score, so I don't think this problem is the issue in the too-high scores. Should I be dividing the numbers from EC by the square footage before inputing them in the point calculator?

Was this problem ever resolved? I seem to be having the same problem, as my building is scoring a 117.
