Hi, My project is a retail shop in a big mall. The shop wall/floor/roof is not been exposed to sky and the shop does not have any fenestration, except the entrance glasses which are also exposed to mall corridors, which is also conditioned. How to apply AEDG in this case. Can I get envelope and glazing points directly as my entities are not exposed, so there is no question of heat transfer and U value details?.

If the space is completely internal (surrounded on all sides, top and bottom by other conditioned spaces, then you would not be eligible for any envelop related points.

What if the project is located in an existing shell space with independent walls on three sides (the fourth side is shared). They replaced the windows, a small section of extrior walls, and the vestibule, but does not change any of the remaining walls, roof, floors, slabs, or doors? Would it be eligible for these prescritive envelope points using the 50%AEDG, and entering N/A for the shell elements that were not in scope?

Sounds like it would be potentially eligible for the glazing points but nothing else.
