For a list of projects in India, on the USGBC site you can check the Registered Projects directory at: http://www.usgbc.org/LEED/Project/RegisteredProjectList.aspx Searching just by country abbreviation "in" in the Country field lists about 85 registered projects, of which 20 or so are EB. In the Certified Projects directory, you'll only see a handful of EB projects, but you could start your research from those two lists.

We are working on LEED EBOM projects in India. The largest real estate Group DLF we are supporting for registration of LEED EBOM on pan India basis. We are currently doing 17 DLF buildings of DLF group and very soon you will see that most of DLF buildings are LEED certified from USGBC.
