Dear All,
I have a plan LEED ND v.4 with LEED Core & Shell 2009 certified building within the masterplan. Under ND v.4, does the building still requires LEED Commercial Interior certification for at least 75% of floor area?
Best regards,
Iqbal

Iqbal, if the Core & Shell building was certified before the ND project was initiated, it is not eligible for satisfying the prerequisite. If it was certified after project initiation, then Core & Shell is sufficient for the prerequisite, and the building does not need Commercial Interior certification. Project initiation is the date the ND developer purchased or took equivalent control of a majority of the land area within the project boundary.
