I am working on a 125,000 SF CI project, where approximately 2,500 SF space (2 private offices and a kitchen) was designed by a different designer, has a different contractor and is being constructed as a separate phase, but has one owner. Can I exclude the 2,500 SF of space from the LEED boundary or do I need to include this since it is occupied by one owner?
