We have an on going LEED EBOM project and currently GBCI is reviewing our documents being submitted. Afterwards I received technical advise -awards being pending on IPM, from GBCI reviewer advising to provide a revise IPM plan that evaluates least toxic and non least Toxic pesticides according to SF Hazard Review Process. I don’t understand this despite of providing plan citing that we are only to use tier III products. What does it mean by this advise from GBCI? Is this meant by reflecting in the plan the list of least toxic based on the products we used under tier III and reflect those that are non least toxic even if we are not using the nonleast toxic? I need further clarification. Thanks so much - we use maxforce gel bait which is classified under tier II however in SF Hazard review this falls to be as least toxic once applied in an inaccessible area and I was able to provide narrative on that already. GBCI made a comment on that as well. This I explained no prior notification needed since this classified to be least toxic if the application is  in inaccessible area like in gaps and cracks. So my pending now is the revised plan. Pls help
