The sample submittal above (Sample Project Narrative Achieving WEc1) includes the Landscape Water Budget Spreadsheet. These calculations, while mentioned in the Reference Guide, don't seem to be specifically asked for in the Credit Form. Is this really a necessary document, and if so, are people just using the old LEEDv2.0 calculator spreadsheet? thanks!

I was a little confused by this at first also. If you're not using irrigation, and select "The landscaping installed does not require permanent irrigation systems. Temporary irrigation systems used for plant establishment will be removed within one year of installation.", the form doesn't ask you to do calculations. Since you will not be using any irrigation, there is no need to prove that the landscape requires less irrigation.
However, if your project is using potable or reclaimed water for irrigation, you will select "The landscaping and irrigation systems have been designed to reduce irrigation water consumption from a calculated baseline case." Once you select this, the calculations will appear.
