While documenting this credit, we noticed that there is some uncertainty regarding the current status of the JUST Label. Our assumption is that to meet this credit, the JUST Label must be obtained and currently unexpired at the time of the LEED review submittal, however, the language of the credit only suggests that the JUST Label must be achieved at some time before submission. We suggest this should be clarified.
