We have a school in design achieving 40% to 45% reduction thus 4 to 5 points for Indoor Water Use Reduction per the LEED v4.1 guide. If it achieves at least 40% (antiicpated) it would then achive a regional priority credit and achieve 5 to 6 points.
The school has a kitchen, and the kitchen serves well over 100 meals per day. It does not have a lot of equipment, of the items listed in Table 3 - Standards for Commercial Kitchen Equipment, the only piece of equipment that this kitchen and serving process needs is the 'dishwasher' or 'warewasher'. That piece of equipment will be Energy Star rated and meet the criteria for a dishwasher.
Would the project then be eligible for and additional 1pt for 'appliance and process water' since 'all applicable equipment' listed in Table 3 does meet the standard?
