We are working on a recertification. The vendor says they have not applied any pesticides during the performance period. The Performance documentation on the template (V06) says "For projects where pesticide application occurred during the performance period. Upload: Pesticide log
Provide a log noting the date and circumstances of any pesticide application that occurred during the performance period." Because our project has no pesticide application, we are considering uploading a letter from the vendor confirming no pesticides were used, but is the letter necessary since the template gives that conditional statement?

Hi Ryan, a letter shouldn't be necessary. If you want to provide extra clarification to the review team, you could include a brief note on the credit form saying that no pesticides were used.
