Per the the FAQ's above: "GBCI had required invoices for all wood products, but has switched to requiring only invoices for FSC certified products, per the April 2008 FSC memo, which states that all invoices must be collected, but they do not need to be submitted. The reviewer does not need to see those to determine compliance." However the LEED Reference Guide (2009) and credits forms (2009 v3) still state ALL invoices must be uploaded. Was the "April 2008 FSC memo" only applicable for LEED v2 projects?
