Some queries for LEED for Homes in general, for international projects:
1) What is the latest update on the availability & eligibility for LEED for Homes for international projects?
2) What are the fees involved?
3) Is there a specialty accredited professional for LEED for Homes or will any LEED AP credential do in facilitating the process?
Hoping for some advise. Thank you.

LEED v4 Homes/Midrise can be used by projects in any country. Projects must still use a LEED Green Rater. You can contact GBCI if you need help finding a Green Rater.
Registration and Certification fees can be found here: http://www.usgbc.org/cert-guide/homes#fees
There is a LEED AP Homes credential. A LEED AP is not needed to do LEED Homes, but rather the LEED Green Rater is required.

Sir for international projects! How about ACCA certified contractor for ducting? Would it mean we will not get the credit for EA Enhanced commissioning?

Hello!
I'm working on a residential project in Portugal that will pursue LEED Homes, the project is not yet registered and I was hired by the owner as a LEED advisor. There is no LEED Green Rater here in Portugal, I sent an email to GBCI about this, what happens in these case? Specially, due to the covid situation is not easy, and sometimes not possible to travel from one country to another.
Thank you in advance,
