Our project has interior planting which will be irrigated. Obviously there's nowhere in the Indoor Water Use calculator for irrigation since it addresses only flush/flow fixtures, but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense that the interior irrigation is all considered process water either. The project will also have exterior, irrigated landscape which will be subject to the Outdoor Water Use Reduction prereq/credit. Anyone else have this project experience? Did you account for indoor irrigation water? If so, where?

I haven't had any projects with this circumstance, but under v3, you definitely were not supposed to account for it in any credit, indoor or out, despite it going against logic.

Usually I would say we were not supposed to consider, but since v4 encompases process water, I've been going through the same: we have an indoor space covered with some vegetation which will be irrigated. Irrigation will appear in mechanical drawings since it accounts for a exclusive water metering and consumes part of the rain water that is harvested from the roof...Any ideias?

Still not included anywhere in the normal credits to my knowledge.
That said, there is an ACP for whole building water use that you might be able to leverage if you're wanting to incorporate additional water savings (and potential points).

I've had some great success with the ACP Emily points out - Water Efficiency pilot credit #115 Whole Project Water Use Reduction. Especially when there is not much process water consumtion AND/OR no permanent irrigation system coupled with strategic landscape selection. All (10) points is achievable.
I don't believe interior vegetated areas should be included within the Outdoor Water Reduction calculation, since I've always considers this to be process use. (although the ref guide simply states "include all vegetated area in the calc")
BUT....cooling towers are always located outdoors and they have prerequisite requirements located within WEp Indoor Water Use Reduction :)
