Interior Cross Contamination Prevention - Building without spaces where hazardous gases or chemicals may be present

A large office building (> 10.000 m2) that does not include spaces where hazardous gases or chemicals may be present can still achive 1 point associated with Option 1 (Enhaced IAQ strategies), provided that the remaining requirements (entryway systems and filtration) are met?
