NC-v4.1 EAc2:Optimize Energy Performance

Infiltration rate @ 75 Pa (ASHRAE 2016) vs. 4 Pa / 50 Pa (Design Builder Software)

Hello, 

ASHRAE 2016 specifies the infiltration rate of the building at 75 Pascals (2.03 L/s.m²).

However, as I am modelling my building on Design Builder version 7, the options for the infiltration rate are at 4 Pa, 50 Pa, or simply Vol/h.

Can someone tell me how to enter into my model the equivalent of the value specified in ASHRAE 2016?
