However, satisfying the credit with a combination of indoor and outdoor facilities is problematic since the credit and Reference Guide both use "or" instead of "and." Also, the indoor 25,000 sq ft and outdoor 1 acre are intended as minimum sizes for each facility type, so offering facilities below those sizes would theoretically undercut their recreation practicality.
