Hello, Would an indoor gym that's at least 25,000 square feet and available to anyone (non members can pay for a day pass) be acceptable?
Would a combination of outdoor and indoor recreation facilities be acceptable?
Thanks

Sarah, yes, an indoor facility open to any member of the public paying a daily entrance fee is an eligible facility. However, satisfying the credit with a combination of indoor and outdoor facilities is problematic since the credit and Reference Guide both use "or" instead of "and." Also, the indoor 25,000 sq ft and outdoor 1 acre are intended as minimum sizes for each facility type, so offering facilities below those sizes would theoretically undercut their recreation practicality. That said, you could still run the idea past staff or try a CIR, but I wouldn't be optimistic.
